Refunds Requested Before Processing

We are happy to refund any order before we have processed it for shipment.  If we receive a refund request after its been processed for shipment but before the package leaves our facility, we will do our very best to intervene and accommodate the request.

Refunds Due to Our Mistake

We will obviously provide you a refund - or a replacement - if we make a mistake related to items ordered or prioritized shipping.

Refunds Due to Dissatisfaction

We only offer refunds for the above two scenarios.  Unless otherwise specified, our products come with a lifetime replacement guarantee.  We are happy to replace any defective product with the current version of the same product.  Please contact support@stapletools.com for more information about our lifetime guarantee process.
